On 18 Feb a ceremony was held at Moray Council to place the Letters Patent for the Moray Flag on public display. This beautiful legal document formally approves the Moray Flag and is a permanent historical record of the Flags provenance. Present were many members of the Lieutenancy & Moray Council who organised the Flag project from inception to design and Aila Gibson, the winner of the competition to design the flag, was there to reveal the document.
