On 19 February 2026 the Lieutenancy congratulated Mrs Sue Finnegan on her 75th Birthday and her retirement from the Moray Lieutenancy. As our longest serving DL, Sue was presented with a wonderful ‘Lieutenancy Cake’ and a handmade momento, courtesy of Mark Mair from Morayvia. We will miss you Sue!
