On Saturday 12 July the Lieutenancy visited a series of exhibitions on the Elgin Plainstones explaining the exciting developments in the Elgin Plan for Neighbourhoods. Also being launched was the marvellous Active Youth Engagement (AYE) bus, a mobile youth centre donated by Stagecoach. The AYE bus will provide early intervention and support for young people, contributing to safer public spaces, in Elgin. RAF Lossiemouth was also represented with a Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) stand offering lessons in rocket design and launch!
