The Victory in Japan 80th Anniversary Flag was raised above Moray Council HQ at 10am on Friday 15th August. As part of the VJ Day Commemorations, the Lord Lieutenant proudly saluted the Flag in memory and recognition of all those who sacrificed their lives and futures in the cause of freedom and peace.
