3. email the completed Form to: Lieutenancy@moray.gov.uk or send to:
The Lieutenancy Office, Moray Council, High Street, Elgin, IV30 1BX
Please note: Registration is not mandatory but it will help the Lieutenancies and Moray Council monitor where activities are to take place and enable them to offer support and to coordinate publicity across the area. Please also note that this is separate from any UK national form on which you may wish to register your event.
