Two new Moray citizens, Mary Kathryn Pascoe of Forres, originally from Missouri USA, and Muhammad Ammar Saeed of Elgin, originally Pakistan, swore their oath of allegiance today to HM King Charles II.
Officiating at the Ceremony was Registrar Pauline Forbes. Vice Lord-Lieutenant Nancy Robson, Rebecca Russell DL and Civic Leader, John Cowe welcomed the new citizens to Moray and congratulated them on their citizenship of the United Kingdom.
