On Saturday morning, Lucy Mackenzie visited the Elgin Town Market to spend time with some of the volunteers from the Elgin Neighbourhood Board, as well as council members representing the Levelling Up Fund. It was excellent to see such interest from the Elgin community. There are some exciting projects planned for Elgin which can be viewed in the link below.
