Representing Moray, the Service was attended by The Lord- Lieutenant, Major General The Hon Seymour Monro, seen in the kilt in the 4th row behind the Prime Minister. Alongside him were Cllr Kathleen Robertson, Leader of Moray Council, Cllr Shona Morrison, President COSLA, George McIntyre DL, Fochabers, and Graham Murdoch, Forres.
